Dana oversees CompassCare’s dedicated Client Services Team. Client Services strives to bring innovative and superior services to all our clients. In her role as Client Services Director, she meets with prospective clients and their families to better understand their healthcare challenges. She then works to design customized plans of care based upon their unique preferences and circumstances. As Director of Business Development, Dana is responsible for the overall sales strategy and building relations with referral partners in the community.
Dana is a Certified Care Manager and a member of the Aging Life Care Association. She studied psychology and CLIENT SERVICES TEAMart for undergraduate, and received a master’s degree in nutrition and food studies from New York University Steinhardt. She completed a post-master’s-training in geriatric care management at Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging at Hunter College, and holds a certificate from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.
