  • Dana Bos is the Director of Client Relations and Development at CompassCare. She has over 10 years of experience in homecare, and is a certified member (CMC) of The National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and member of the National Council of Certified Dementia Practioners (NCCDP). Dana has a background in psychology and over 20 years of experience in hospitality. She has always had a deep love for working with seniors, volunteering in a nursing home throughout high school and college. She is passionate about aging in place and improving the lives of older adults, and is dedicated to working with clients and their loved ones to establish innovative and personalized plans of care. She oversee the CompassCare’s Client Service Team to ensure exceptional service and to meeting the ongoing needs of each and every client. Dana graduated from George Washington University with a bachelors degree in Psychology, from New York University with a masters degree in Food and Nutrition, and from Hunter College’s Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging with a certificate in Geriatric Care Management.

  • Angela Halstead is the Talent Group Manager at CompassCare. She has two decades of years of experience in the homecare field, and spent 17 years at Home Instead Senior Care where she was a Staff Coordinator/Office Manager. She comes from a large family, and caring for elderly family members comes naturally. She is the proud parent of a soldier and enjoys spending time with her three eautiful grandchildren. Angela studied Special Education at SUNY Old Westbury.

  • Fran is the Corporate Controller at CompassCare. She has years of experience in the corporate world, serving in a variety of capacities in the accounting area and in companies and industries such as concierge urgent care company as well as vitamin IV infusion company. She also worked for a number of years with the accounting and tax advisory firm Frankel, Loughran, Starr & Vallone.

    Fran’s interests extend past ‘numbers’ and is a fitness enthusiast and Certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach. She is a graduate of SUNY Oneota and resides in Connecticut with her husband and son.

  • Maria-Teresa is the Talent Acquisition Manager at CompassCare. They have seven years of experience in the talent acquisition field and joined us from IBM. They are passionate about finding great caregivers for our wonderful clients. Maria-Teresa graduated from Fordham University with a bachelor's degree in political science and Manhattanville College with a master's degree in education.

  • Grace Quinde-Lucin is the Scheduling/Staff Coordinator at CompassCare. She has been with the company for almost four years and has recently transitioned from her position as a CCA to being part of the Office Staff at CompassCare.

    Grace is a team player who is passionate about helping others. During her previous role as a CCA, she was fully committed to helping clients, consistently providing outstanding care for them.

    In her new role, Grace continues helping clients by helping to assist with scheduling, in the recruitment and onboarding CCAs, and more. She graduated from University Laica Vicente Rocafuerte in Guayaquil-Ecuador with a BA in communication.

  • Coleen Nevin is the Director of Clinical at CompassCare. Coleen has 28 years of experience in Nursing and joined us after many years with Visiting Nurse Service of NY and Calvary Hospital Home Hospice. Coleen has dedicated her career to prioritizing and ensuring the highest quality care and comfort for clients at home. Coleen graduated from Lehman College, CUNY with her BSN and received her MSN in Nursing Executive Leadership from Chamberlain University. Coleen is also certified as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse.

  • Greta Billowitz is the Learning and Development Manager at CompassCare. They have 10+ years of experience in training and operations and joined us from Sweetgreen. They are passionate about helping employees achieve their professional growth goals at CompassCare.

  • Pamela Coll is Lead Care Service Manager at CompassCare. She has over 15 years experience in medical management and client relations. Pamela joined us from Montefiore New Rochelle as Private Practice Manager and GI Department Coordinator. She is focused on building relationships founded in trust and respect and is committed to ensuring exceptional, compassionate care. Pamela graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City with a degree in Fine Arts . When she is not working she enjoys cooking, long walks and summer days at the beach.

  • Deborah Hochadel is the Business Management Assistant at CompassCare. She has 7 years of experience in home care and joined us from Dooney & Bourke. She is passionate about providing concierge care to older adults at CompassCare. Deborah graduated from St. Anselm College with a degree in Business Administration and Spanish.
