Request Unavailability!
Step 1: From the mobile app menu, select Hours Wanted and Unavailability
Step 2: Click ‘Request Unavailability’ at the bottom of the screen
Step 3: An alert will populate letting the caregiver know that they may only request unavailability that does not conflict with existing shifts. Click Continue
Step 4: Enter the details of the unavailability request. All fields are required unless otherwise noted
1. Enter the From date and times. If the All Day box is checked, times are not required
2. Enter the “To” date and times. If the All Day box is checked, times are not required
3. Optional – Select if the request repeats daily, weekly, or monthly
4. Select a Reason
5. Enter any notes about the unavailability
Step 5: Click Submit
Step 6: If the unavailability request conflicts with already scheduled shifts, the caregiver will receive an error message
Step 7: If the unavailability request does not conflict with already scheduled shifts, the caregiver will see a confirmation that their request was received and to call the office with any questions.
