Our training is state of the art.

CompassCare offers extensive training for our CompassCare Assistants, beginning on day one. Our CCAs receive ongoing training to support their professional development, and to ensure that they are fully trained and comfortable with their client's specific needs.

Training includes:

  • Full training through our state-of-the-art CompassCare Works™ curriculum, with a focus on care, hospitality, and service

  • A two-day orientation during onboarding, with concierge service training, technology training, and more

  • Specialized training for working with clients with memory challenges

  • Monthly continuing education opportunities
